W.E.B. Dubois Infographics

Now open. Created for Cooper Hewitt’s exhibition, W.E.B. Dubois: Recharting Modern Design, this tactile book presents graphs and charts that illustrate demographic, economic and sociological information about Black Americans in the late 19th-early 20th century. Touch Graphics was commissioned by the Museum to create a universally accessible version of this historical document that appears to foreshadow later developments in graphic design.
